30 DAYS OF KEEPING HYDRATED
Even though a lot of people on social media scoff at “NEW YEAR NEW ME” resolutions we here at the Zim Bloggers Network find it quite refreshing.
The Idea that people are willing to change for the better, improve themselves and do better is a breath of fresh air on a Zimbabwean hot day. We believe the new year brings potential toy your doorstep, it’s the perfect time to take stock of your achievements and lessons learnt.
PS: I did not say Failure because it’s never a failure, it’s always a lesson.
2015 was a financially difficult year and we are hoping you managed to close 2015 with a feeling of accomplishment because you survived it. We pray that you have entered into the new year with a renewed spirit of hope for a better today and an even better tomorrow.
As we here at Zim Bloggers Network ride the wave id inspiration we thought we would challenge you all, fellow bloggers and our amazing readers. The reason mucho people scoff at resolutions is because people make pretty lofty goals for health, fitness, weight loss/management and because the resolutions are so grand most people give up within weeks.
In an attempt to ensure we don’t drop the ball to early into the year we’ve decided to start a HYDRATION CHALLENGE. Drinking more water is the best thing you could ever do for your health for many reasons;

Loads of people do not enjoy drinking water, it doesn’t taste too great and honestly, most people forget.
Well this time around every time you are going to have a whole community supporting and “suffering’ with you. You are supposed to drink an average of A LITRE of water for 30 kg’s you weigh. Which for most adults puts this at least 2 litres of 8 glasses of water a day.
Try it out, drink water infused with fruits and vegetables, take pictures and share with the community using the #ZBN30DAYCHALLENGE hashtag and we’ll Regram along the way.
A new year, a new you. Give yourself credit. Take it all in a day at a time.
